2013 prices the same as 2011

For 2013, we have decided not to increase our prices at all again for another year.  Your stay with us for this year, will cost exactly the same as it did last year in 2012 and the year before in 2011. Now that's a bargain in this current climate, where everything else is increasing!

Please note, the longer you stay the cheaper the rate is.

King-Size or Twin Room

Single night stay = £80
Two or Three night stay = £78 per night (£39 per person per night)
Four or more nights = £74 per night (£37 per person per night)

Attic Double Room

Single night stay = £70
Two or Three night stay - £68 (£34 per person per night)
Four or more nights = £64 (£32 per person per night)

Single Room

Single night stay = £50
Two or Three night Stay = £37 per night
Four or more nights = £35 per night

Please note that at weekends through out the year it is a minimum 2 night stay (except July/August when it is 3 nights). 

Bank Holidays are a minimum 3 night stay.

60's Weekends and Northern Soul Weekends are a minimum 3 night stay.

Goth Festivals are a minimum 4 night stay.

Summer bookings: Throughout July and August it is a minimum 3 night stay.  Shorter stays may be avaialable if they fall between bookings, so please telephone us on 01947 602604 to enquire. (Folk week is for a full week, or broken down into 3 nights at weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) - 4 night midweek (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu) - 3 night weekend (Frid/Sat/Sun)

Single night bookings: Please note single night bookings are not always available, please telephone us to enquire. 

Single Occupancy in a double room is discounted by £10 per night, except at weekends and festivals when it is full double price.

Children are welcome but have to be responsible enough to have a room by themselves or to share a room with a sibling or parent, (aged 7 or above).  All our rooms only sleep 2 people - we have no extra bed facilities, sorry.  We do not have any child prices - the cost is full price for the room.
